First take the age of the roof, Has it been replaced or repaired before? What does the appearance of the roof look like? Have you had hail or strong winds? Do you have any leaks coming from the ceiling? Call us to come out for a free inspection today.

Do you provide emergency service?

Jones Roofing offers 24 hour emergency service, just contact (513)800-3612.  We are here to help you during the day, evening and middle of the night.

Any leaks to your roof can be serious. Long term leakes can lead to wall damage, ceiling/wall stains, and mold. It's important to catch leaks in the early stage.

Can I file a claim with my homeowners insurance if there is damage to my roof from hail and/or wind?

We will work with your insurance company to determine what your homeowners insurance will cover.  Jones Roofing & Siding will be your representative throughout the entire claims process.

Will someone need to be home during installation?

No.  All work will be completed on the outside of the home.  The only thing Jones Roofing & Siding will need acess is to a clear driveway and be able to walk around the home.
